As the darkness falls, the evil will follow
The lines have been drawn, the young men battle
Society wakes, there’s been another killing
Desensitized to the blood that is spilling

I can hear the voices - calling from the grave
I can see the sadness - written on their face
I can see the news feeds - it’s happening again
The weapons used for wartime are turned against the kids

There’s a monster loose, he’s a one-man army
Twenty-one are dead and they are still counting
As the parents descend, they wait for answers
Whose child survived this deadly disaster?

They will never change, killing is good for business
They line their pockets from their special interest
