Korpen blickar över morgonens hav,
fäller sina vingar ut.
Låter vinden fylla hans själ,
torkar den kalla nattan väck.

Delling i öst, stjärnor i väst...

Korpen lyfter mot gryningens port,
sveper över skogarnas djup.
Blickar ned mot midgårds mark,
ty gryning är människans hopp.

Se dagen i öst, natten i väst,
se Skinfaxes man, i himmelens djup...

Gryningens ljus, flammande hav,
silverne väv, ty Delling kommer med hopp...

The raven gazes upon the sea of morning,
unfolding his wings. He lets the wind fill
