Everyone asleep all are resting quietly
the homecomtng look its tool
everyone is safe and everyone is calm again
everyone but you who can not sleep this night

Peering out the window
looking at the stnrs
something Is not as it should
the skies seeming different

How can this be
how can the night sky be a different one
what has been done
what is that sound through the night

Something dark come down from the mountain
it is now inside the towne
shadows bigger than houses lurk out there
no where is safe not even inside here

Peering from under your sheets
looking at the shadows
the crushing sound grow higher
somehting is outside your house

How can this be
how can the night sky be a different one
what has been done
what is that sound through the night
