Still stuck in the fortress of void
We began our desperate escape
Taking a leap into nothingness
Through a cosmic rift, away from this place

Drifting through time and space, lost in the netherworld
A gateway of the warp
Last grip of reality, slowly fades away
Does it have an end?

Whispering shadows, slithering lies
Traversing the portals, unlocking the mind
Semi-hypnotic waking sleep
Searching deep within the deep
Discovering the horrors of the warp

Swallowed by the vortex, the terror begins
Transfixed by the wormhole, time is standing still
Something clings on, to the hull of Mercurion
It’s a living creature… yet mindless, filled with sin

Terrible sounds are coming from the air lock
Amorphous sludge, trying to break in
Ineffable dread, this is the end
Hunger and hatred, it’s feeding on our minds!

The plasma fog clears at last, outside the porthole’s glass
But the nightmares remain
Somehow we made it through, gravity’s darkest depths
